Strategic Planning

On Wednesday, September 12, 2018 the Administration Board meeting of the church approved a plan to enter into a Strategic Planning process for our church (please see below for the presentation).

Over the next year, we will be in conversation with people both inside and outside the church to explore our church's strengths and growing areas, the needs of our surrounding towns, and how the church can best reach out to meet the community needs.  It is important that this process include everyone and we will offer many different ways for people to participate.  For those who are interested in taking a more active role in developing and implementing the planning process, a committee will be formed to lead these efforts.
